Unique to Modern Path Lights is the integral stake and hammer tab both made of 3/8" steel.
All properly installed, landscape mounted, modern path lights are driven to a depth of 18". This ensures access to the cover plate, optimum light spread and stability. In harder soils it is recommended to dig the first 12" to 14" and pound the remaining 4" with the hammer tab.
